The Concept

A rugged brewery at the end of the road.

Wild Coast is a small-batch Tasmanian brewery and taproom built around cold-climate fermentation and the weather that comes with it. We chase wild yeast, slow ferments, and the kind of beer that tastes like the place it came from.

No marketing-team beers. No chasing trends. Just honest pours, seasonal releases, and a taproom where the locals and the lost both end up at the same bar.
